"Merrybellies Bellydance is the best of the best. And I've tried them all. I've been a member of the Merrybellies Bellydance Troupe and a student of Jillanna's for 6 years and am thankful each and everyday for the chance to learn something new from her. Jillanna will encourage and enlighten even the shyest of dancers and will welcome you with open arms to a community, no, a second family of women that will embrace you no matter what shape/size/level of dancer you may be. All are welcome here at Merrybellies and that was one of the first things that made me want to give Jillanna and her teachings a try. It is very easy to learn from Jillanna. She breaks everything down to its simplest form and works hard to make sure that each and every dancer can get the steps before moving on. And her choreographies are some of the most creative and inspiring I've ever had the opportunity to learn. Her library includes everything from the classic Egyptian style to tribal to some styles that just come out of her own head. There's something for everybody. One of the things I enjoy most is picking a song and having Jillanna create a choreography just for me to learn. It really is a great place to feel open and free to express the beautiful person that you are. And you'll meet some of the coolest people around who share the same passion that you do. You can be yourself here and just let loose. It's a stress free zone and I absolutely love dancing with the Merrybellies. Give it a try. You'll see I'm right."
